The Building

The Elser Hotel & Residences is a 646-residence tower on the Biscayne Bay waterfront in Downtown Miami, developed by Property Markets Group (PMG) and Greybrook and completed in 2022. It was Downtown Miami's first bayfront condo tower built with no rental restrictions.
Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with interiors by Cotofana Designs, the residences range from studios to three bedrooms — roughly 341 to 1,150 square feet — and are delivered turnkey and fully furnished, with 9-plus-foot ceilings, private balconies over the bay or city, Italkraft cabinetry and smart-home technology. Owners can occupy their home or rent it daily on Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com.
The building pairs a full-service hotel program with a 19,000-square-foot amenity deck — a 132-foot resort pool, sky lounge and grilling terrace, swim spa and a two-level co-working Lab — plus Jaguar Sun and the Café Domino coffee lounge on the ground floor, steps from Bayfront Park, the Kaseya Center and the Metromover.
